Terms of Use for LilyGram

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LilyGram mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By signing up, accessing, or using LilyGram, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • If you are using LilyGram on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the text, photos, prompts, and other material you create or upload (“User Content”). You grant LilyGram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service (e.g., render cards, generate previews, provide AI features, and maintain backups).

You are responsible for User Content and agree not to submit content that infringes third-party rights, violates any law, or contains harmful code.

3. AI & Creative Tools

Prompts and generated outputs may be reviewed or stored to improve quality, enforce usage limits, and help you reuse past results. AI content is provided “as-is,” without guarantees of accuracy or originality. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
  • Misrepresent your identity, commercialize the Service without consent, or interfere with other users.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium features, credits, or in-app purchases are processed by the Google Play Store (or your device’s billing provider). You agree to the store’s billing terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account via the in-app profile or by emailing support@lilygram.app. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. LilyGram may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially affects paid services, we will provide reasonable notice or a pro-rated refund when required.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

LilyGram is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilyGram disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LilyGram, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, unless local law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and provide notice in-app or via email when required. Continued use of LilyGram after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
